Every Cloudbeds booking creates a corresponding Keycafe key reservation with the same start and end date/time, and sends the guest a PIN code with instructions to collect their key from a key locker in your lobby — whenever they arrive, no front desk needed. Changes to the reservation in Cloudbeds will be reflected in the Keycafe booking, including time or date changes, a room change, and a cancellation of the reservation.
