Upon dropping off your first key, you have two weeks of unlimited free use of Keycafe Public. You will not be charged unless you use Keycafe Public beyond your two week free trial. After your free trial, your account will automatically charge up with account credit to cover your key pickup and storage usage.
No - guests can pick up your keys at the SmartBox using a unique code that is automatically generated and sent to them via your choice of SMS or email.
Yes - your account is not tied to a specific location. You can use any Keycafe Public location as it becomes convenient for you or your visitor. You do not need to re-register even if you move to another city. There is also no extra charge to use another location.
