The integration with Hostaway allows property managers to automatically sync their bookings with their key management system. This automation generates unique key access codes for guests as soon as a reservation is confirmed, eliminating the need for staff to facilitate manual key handovers. By streamlining the check-in process, hosts can provide a more flexible 24/7 arrival experience while reducing operational overhead.

Organization administrators now have the authority to permanently delete users from their organization, providing tighter control over internal data. Furthermore, individual users have been granted the autonomy to delete their own accounts if they no longer wish to use the service. these updates are designed to give both businesses and users greater flexibility and transparency regarding how their information is stored.

To prevent unauthorized individuals from viewing sensitive access credentials, all PIN codes are now hidden by default as dots when entered on a SmartBox screen. If a user needs to verify their entry, they can tap a new "eye" icon to momentarily reveal the numbers. This enhancement provides an essential layer of privacy for staff and guests who may be picking up keys in public or high-traffic areas.

The Location Theme settings now include professionally designed preset colors that can be applied to the SmartBox interface with a single click. These themes allow businesses to choose a look that aligns with their brand identity or simply opt for a sleek, modern aesthetic. While these presets offer a fast customization option, administrators still retain the ability to create entirely unique custom themes if desired.
