The Keycafe key management system provided a perfect link between Casual Nomad’s digital booking experience and real accommodations. With the support of this software, Casual Nomad could suddenly offer a completely touchless guest experience.

When a guest books a Casual Nomad property, Keycafe generates a code that can be used at a SmartBox to unlock the bin containing the property’s key. Next, Keycafe uploads the code to Guesty. Guesty automatically messages guests with their check-in information, and voila! The code is provided directly in their personal message. Access, unlocked!
